Registration

To register, click on the 'Register' button on the home page or the navigation bar. All fields must be filled out.
Please note that the form cannot be submitted without the Identity Number which is found on your payslip and begins with the letter “E”. Please ensure that the correct information has been provided.
After registration, you must verify your email before access to your salary slip is granted. Check the email entered for a verification email.

Logging In

You can log in to view your salary slip by clicking on the Login button on the home page or the navigation bar.

Viewing Salary Slip

Click on the view salary slip button on the home page or the view link on the navigation bar.
If you have not verified your email, you will see a message reminding you to do so. If you did not recieve a verification email, you can send another, or verify the correct email has been used by going to the 'Edit User' page.
When viewing your slip on a mobile phone, view the page in landscape mode. If this is not enabled, please do so in the settings of your phone.
To view previous salary slips, click on the dropdown at the top right of the current slip and choose the month you want to see.
Optionally, you can download or print your salary slip by clicking the download PDF button at the bottom of the page. On this page, you can use the options found on the top right of the PDF to save and/or print.

Editing User Details

You can change your account details by clicking 'Edit User' in the dropdown menu on the right side of the navigation bar.
Here you can change your username, email and password. Please note that you will have to verify a new email address if it has been changed.

Logging Out

You can log out at anytime by clicking 'Log Out' in the dropdown menu on the right side of the navigation bar or on the home page.
